"Leatherback turtles"

Leatherback turtles are named for their shell, which is leather-like rather than hard, like other turtles.; They are the largest turtles on Earth, growing up to seven feet (two meters) long and their weight is 900 kilograms.
We can find  in all tropical and subtropical seas.

Their shell is smooth and of dark color. The front fins are longer compared to other species of marine turtles and the beak  has form of hook.

Although their distribution is wide, numbers of leatherback turtles have seriously declined during the last century, as a result of intense egg collection and fisheries bycatch.
